  • Shipping & Delivery

    Currently, Oggie only ships to Australia and New Zealand. We opt for second hand/recycled materials to pack with to help our planet.

    Shipping costs vary from product to product, depending on weight and shape.

    If your product arrives broken/faulty please let us know with images as soon as you can to ensure a full refund.

  • Workshop Refunds/Cancellations

    If you cannot make it to a workshop, please let us know as soon as possible so we are able to pass on the spot to someone else.

    Refunds are available to individuals who let us know they cannot attend 7 days or more prior to the event.

    Please contact us if you would like to organise a private event, we’d love to celebrate with you!

  • Custom Orders/Commissions

    Yes, we do custom pieces!
    Please reach out via email or social media with a brief overview of what piece/s you have in mind and the ideal timeline.

  • Local Pick-Up

    If you're based in Perth, local pickup is available from my home studio (or from selected markets/workshops). Just choose the “local pickup” option at checkout and I’ll be in touch to arrange a time.

    Alternatively, we can drop off your order to the shipping address for a small extra fee at checkout. This is ideal for birthday presents or if you’re a bit short on time!

    Please note that drop off only applies to suburbs which are roughly 50km from Perth CBD.

  • Custom Gift Wrapping/Messages

    It’s always nice to add an extra touch to an order, just leave a note at checkout if it’s a gift. I’m always happy to wrap it up nicely and include a handwritten message!
