Oggie Studio reserves the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice.

By enrolling in an Oggie Studio workshop, class or event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Liability Waiver

Oggie Studio does not accept responsibility for any loss, damage, injury or personal property brought to workshops, classes or events.

By attending an Oggie Studio session, participants agree to follow all instructions provided by facilitators and use materials and equipment appropriately.
Oggie Studio is not liable for injury or damage caused by misuse of equipment or failure to follow instructions.

2. Photo & Video Consent

By attending an Oggie Studio workshop or event, you agree to the possibility of photographs and videos being taken of participants and artworks for promotional use, including on our website, social media and marketing materials.

If you do not wish for you or your child to appear in photographs or videos, please notify us prior to the workshop by emailing hello@oggiestudio.com

3. Refund Policy

Oggie Studio does not offer refunds for missed workshops.

If you are unable to attend, tickets can be transferred to another person or refunded by contacting us at least 7 days prior to the workshop.

4. Rescheduling & Transfers

  • Workshop transfers requested more than 7 days before a session may be accommodated without additional charge, subject to availability.

  • Transfers are subject to availability and must be of equal value.

5. Workshop Cancellations

Oggie Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule workshops due to unforeseen circumstances, illness, low enrolments or other events beyond our control.

If a workshop is cancelled by Oggie Studio, participants will be offered either:

  • a full refund, or

  • a transfer to another session.

Participants will be notified via email where possible.

Workshops

Yourself or your child’s place in a workshop is confirmed once registration and full payment have been received.

Oggie Studio reserves the right to refuse, suspend or cancel enrolment where necessary to maintain a safe, respectful and positive environment for all participants.

6. Workshop Policies

  • Oggie Studio reserves the right to ask an individual to leave a session if behaviour is unsafe or inappropriate.

  • Oggie Studio is not responsible for stained or damaged clothing.

  • Children should only arrive during the advertised workshop times and must be collected promptly by a parent or guardian.

7. Food & Allergies

Oggie Studio aims to provide a safe environment for all participants; however, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free space.

If bringing outside food or drink, parents and guardians accept full responsibility for any allergies, intolerances or food-related incidents.

Please notify us of any significant allergies or medical conditions prior to attending.

8. Child Safety

The safety and wellbeing of children attending Oggie Studio workshops is our priority.

We are committed to maintaining a safe, inclusive and supportive environment for all participants.

  • All facilitators hold valid Working With Children Checks where required by WA law.

  • Facilitators have experience working with children.

  • Basic First Aid training is held by instructors.

  • Children are supervised throughout workshop activities.
